The Texas Affordable Housing Specialist (TAHS) certification equips one with the knowledge to help first-time and underserved homebuyers and increase sustainable homeownership in Texas. The certification consists of 12 CE hours, including the mandatory 4-hour United Texas: Housing Initiatives that Work course. Additional course electives will vary by association. Any combination of courses can be taken to achieve the certification, as long as those courses total at least 12 hours.
This Certified Negotiation Expert (CNE) designation is the premier negotiation designation in real estate. Agents who earn this designation have advanced negotiation skills and can better help clients achieve their goals. Students will learn how to strategically plan their negotiations, how to deal with overly competitive negotiators, and how to persuade and influence the other side of the transaction. You can be sure a CNE designated agent will be able to make the most of any given situation.
